Miss J - Part II

After an incredibly busy week with three photo sessions (one full day shoot!) and working four days, there wasn't much time for family (much less online time) and we were looking forward to a quiet weekend together. We spent most of yesterday at home watching movies and hanging out. We made plans to go out today for part two of test shooting with the sis. We wanted to give her a new look for her portfolio. The one thing I am complimented most on as a photographer is my use of color and while I *love* that people share my love for color I wanted to create something different for her. I have been so inspired by the current old world classy fashion styles like high waisted shorts, wide leg pants, sweaters, and hats. I had such a great time putting these outfits together for our shoot and I really felt the photos wouldn't be complete without this vintage post processing. Jaydean was a rockstar today... I just love these. Well friends, you'll be seeing a lot of me this week. I hope you'll visit and say hi. Here's to a fabulous week, all! xo

Very very nice! Digging the vintage processing but also the very first photo is so inspiring. She just has the perfect look! :)

Wow! Love these photos..... My favorite is the AudreyHepburn style. Love the pants. The horses are beautiful. Where did you find those shorts? Good to see feminen style coming back. Deana is so beautiful and a great photography subject for you. She is very lucky to have you spending so much time with her. "Thank You" from me, for that. She doesn't look 13 in the skirts photo. She does in her 'kini, though! Beautiful job, Jo!

I love these shots, Joleen. Gorgeous styling, amazing processing, lovely model (don't you love sisters???). I know it's a departure from your usual look, and it totally works. Go you!
