  • “Thank you Joleen, for opening up our minds to the world of color. Without your visions we would not have ended up with these beautiful pictures. Your creative style is amazing. We never thought taking family portraits could be so much fun!” Kim M.
  • “Joleen arrived at our photo shoot ready with her bag of tricks (tons of fun props and toys) to ensure that my three children had fun during the photo shoot. My kids warmed up to her immediately, and the end result was natural looking, fun, playing pictures! Her ease with young children and her natural talent as a photographer resulted in beautiful, heirloom quality photos.” Leslie S.
  • “As a friend of Joleen’s I have been fortunate to see her work progress throughout the past few years. I have been fortunate to have her shoot our young daughter and family on more than one occasion and each time she has been encouraging, calm, and fun. The shoots have been very relaxed and enjoyable and the final product has been beautiful.” Heather B.

Out and About with the Girls

I spent the afternoon with my youngest sisters, Jaydean and Sarah. We hit the thrift store and a few antique shops. Then we drove around with my dollies and Sarah's ADG for fun photo spots. I love this photo of them getting the girls cameo ready. :) I wish I could have taken a photo of them lying on the floor in front of the dolls to get the perfect shot but we only had one camera. ;)

Here are their best shots:

[great job, girls!!]

Here are some of my shots:

Well, look at you! I started reading your other blog earlier this afternoon. I had googled Fatbook because I'm signed up for one and needed inspiration. And then I saw that you take nice photos -- another interest of mine -- and here you are taking professional photographs!!! Wow! Congratulations! Still with your D80? (Haven't gotten through this entire blog yet.) I have a D80 also.
