i have some really exciting news regarding {love, joleen photography}. over the last couple of days i have been working closely with heather to create a logo for myself that will be used on my website and promotional materials. the above images are our initial concept boards. i posted them to my photog group for feedback and have recieved some excellent suggestions. please feel free to give your input- and be honest! i want my logo to be *me* but to also be professional and able to withstand the test of time. i have also been working on my photo session specifications + updating my print fees and offerings. i have two sessions shortly after my trip that i am very excited about. one of them may be introducing me to an entirely new aspect of photography that i hadn't considered and i am just thrilled i was asked to do it! the other is a portfolio building session with a three year old- my first session with someone i didn't previously know! i am just so excited about everything and couldn't wait to share my news! :)
i am currently booking sessions for the end of march and on. my focus is on infant, child, and pet photography. i am especially interested in sessions with tweens + teens ages 11 to 17 at this time. sessions are on location and typically last 1-2 hours. the cost is $150 for up to two people. for the month of april $50 of your session fee will go towards a print credit! i am currently serving riverside county, orange county, and parts of los angeles + san bernardino counties. a minimal traveling fee may apply. please email for more information or to book your session!

and a hit of green...

I really like either of the two logos that are just the initials...I think because I could see them looking very nice as a watermark on your photos. Colorwise, I agree with gkgirl..the green and brown is pretty and fun, but also a little bit classic.

I'm torn between the curly bracket one and the LJ with the photography on the curve of the L. Congrats and good luck!

My screen is showing black rather than brown, is it brown?
I like clean/crispness of #1, #5 [lime w/brackets], #10, and #11 [aqua or lime initials w/"photography"] I think especially #5 brackets because it has the full words "love Joleen" in it. I'm glad your vision is taking off. Go for it!

The one that pulls my eye to it is the one with the green love, joleen in the first group.
